Built in 1865, our vaulted cellar was constructed with two stone arches. Our winery’s logo incorporates these arches, which symbolise our wine-making tradition. Here our red wines are given all the time they need to attain perfect maturity. Mainly pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon and merlot are stored in approximately 50 oak and barrique barrels. They often mature for many months before being bottled. And then they continue to mature. Everything in its own good time.
